Wedding Vision
Understanding the desires and dreams of everyone involved with the wedding planning process, and how those desire differ, is an important first step in creating the perfect wedding. Using our detailed Wedding Dreams Questionnaire, filled out by everyone involved in wedding decisions, we ask the right questions to help you describe what you want. We help you work as a team to determine the best solutions for your wedding weekend.

Design Development
Working from your wedding vision, we develop the theme and decor for your wedding. Utilizing our many years of design experience, we pull together color palates and design themes that reflect who you are and the feel you want to create for your guests. Design elements are refined and enhanced until we have created the perfect design or your event.
Budget Development
It’s important to determine your wedding budget up front. Once you know how much you plan to spend, we help you determine how to best spend it. Wedding expenses vary considerably and it’s important to spend your resources on the things that are most important to you. Using our Wedding Budget format, we assist you with the allocation of your resources based on your priorities. The amounts already allocated are documented, the remaining items are budgeted, and we help you develop clear priorities for wedding expenses.

Timeline Development
While it is possible to plan a complete wedding in only a few months, typically up to six-twelve months is involved in wedding planning and coordination. The more time your have, the better your choice of securing your first choice of venue and vendors.

We develop a Wedding Timeline specifically for your wedding, working backwards from the wedding date to the time we start planning. This helps to manage the thousands of details in a typical wedding, and helps you to know that we are on track with the planning process.
