WEDDING PLANNING AND DESIGN OPTIONS:

Celebrations of Joy provides Month-Of-Wedding Management services to help couples who have already hired their vendors, and planned many of the wedding elements, yet need assistance the month of the wedding to finalize all details, and manage the wedding weekend.  Basic Month of Wedding Management Services includes:

Month-of-Wedding Management fees range between $2000 and $4000 for the wedding weekend, beginning with the rehearsal and managing your wedding through your last dance, and includes as many meetings, phone calls or emails required to create an extraordinary day! Fees based on size of wedding, budget and number of events managed.

Celebrations of Joy provides 90 Day Out Wedding Management services to help couples who may have already hired a few of their vendors, or chosen their venue, and planned some of the wedding elements, yet need assistance to bring the entire event together, create the complete design and feel of the wedding, finalize all details, and manage the wedding weekend.  These services include everything listed in the Month-of-Wedding Management package and also include:

·                     Décor Design and Management

·                     Gift Package and Favor Design and Management

·                     Post-Wedding Management

 Month-of-Wedding Management Plus fees start at $4000 and includes as many meetings, phone calls or emails required to create an extraordinary day. Complete Wedding Design and Management fees are developed individually for every event based on the scope of services required. At least two wedding coordinators are on site at all times to manage every detail, more if necessary. 

Celebrations of Joy provides Complete Wedding Design & Management services to support couples who need help planning and managing the entire wedding event.  Every package is completely customized to include the services you need to make your event extraordinary!  Starting with helping you to define your priorities and visualize your dreams, we then help you to set your budget and allocate resources appropriately.  We provide assistance in finding your venue, interviewing, hiring and negotiating the right contract with every vendor, creating the perfect décor for your wedding event, managing all pre and post wedding events, assisting with transportation and accommodations, developing and managing any favors and gifts, and keeping you stress free to enjoy your wedding fully and completely!

Complete Wedding Design and Management fees are developed individually for every couple based on the scope of services required. The Works Wedding Design & Management fees typically run between 10-15% of the total event budget.
