How will they be given information to make their travel plans easier?  Celebrations of Joy assists with the initial planning of your wedding weekend to assure an easy and stress free weekend for everyone involved.
   

• Invitations & RSVP
  For small weddings this may not be a challenge, however for large weddings, organizing the invitations and RSVP process can be daunting.  Celebrations of Joy can manage as much or as little of the Invitation & RSVP process as required to ease the process of managing accurate head counts.
   

• Lodging & Transportation
  At a destination wedding weekend, helping your guests travel easily between venues will make their experience of your wedding even better.  Celebrations of Joy assists you with lodging and transportation requirements for your guests. 
   

•  Weekend Activities
  Destination Wedding Weekends allow for you to spend more time with your family and friends celebrating your wedding day!  Providing your guests with optional activities can make their weekend more of a vacation for them as well as a celebration of your marriage.  Celebrations of Joy can help you provide activity suggestions for your family and friends and coordinate these activities if required.
   

• Guest Communication
  Communicating effectively with your guests is critical for a destination wedding. We offer assistance with this process by helping you put together your guest information packet, providing this information to your guests, as well as suggesting and managing web content.  In addition, we can help you distribute guest packages to your guest accommodations prior to their arrival.
